Spirit Guide Meditation

Some people call them Guardian Angels or Spirit Guides; they are basically one in the same. Spirit Guides look out for us: our happiness, our safety, our success, and our health. Our Guides’ sole purpose is Our personal growth and enlightenment. 

So it’s vital that we have a strong spiritual connection with them. When we build a rapport, we can receive guidance and information more clearly and more often. We’ll be able to hear, see, and feel the messages they are trying to send us.
